THIS Apartment IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase desired meals. The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, silverware, silverware, drink ware, bakeware, cooking utensils, coffee machine, toaster, blender, kids and baby plates/cups. STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide basic toiletries . Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please place trash in the dumpster daily to keep a clean home. Dumpster is outside if you walk pass the fountain you will see a white gate. Guest access Guests will have access to everything. Gym, swimming pool and clubhouse Other things to note We have a first aid kit located in the pantry room on the left shelf. The extinguisher is underneath the kitchen sink on the left next to the food disposal switch. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! However, please note this option is only available if we don’t have same-day check-in as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our professional standards. Please send the requests well in advance so that we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew. If you have an issue with the home, please let us know so we can fix it immediately! IMPORTANT NOTE: Florida is a humid, wet natural environment with lots of nature…. Many bugs are important to our gardens and ecosystem - we use gentle bug/pest control…but we all do different things to keep praying mantis and other important pollinators in the garden; however, rain forces them to seek shelter. We DO NOT offer refunds for a bug, mosquito, lizard or any spider inside. We’ve not had this occur during any guest stay but just in case. Best advice is keep doors and windows closed, wear long sleeves especially at sunrise and sunset as mosquitoes love to bite at this time. We have natural bug sprays located under the kitchen sink…..thanks for understanding and knowing bugs are an important part of growing food and having an ecosystem that works to stay balanced.
